BinaryTech upgrades board with appointment of Roger Price as non-exec Director and Chair

Wollongong, Australia 15 December 2022 – Binary Tech Global Pty Ltd today announced the appointment of Roger Price as a non-executive Director and Chair of the Board.

Roger is an experienced Chair, Non-Executive Director, and CEO with industry expertise in the global energy, technology, and telecommunications sectors. He has significant experience in private and public capital markets and mergers& acquisitions. He has grown and successfully exited multiple businesses  as CEO, Chair and investor, including leading two IPO’s to the ASX (Windlab & Audinate). He has built and restructured businesses that have successfully developed leading-edge technologies and services into new markets in Australia and globally including North America, Europe, and Southern Africa.
